Buttercup squash recipes?

One of the varieties of squash that I planted is Buttercup. I had no idea what it was but it sounded good
Now that I have some I have no idea what to do with them. Anyone have a good recipe for a squash that looks like a little watermelon?

Every acre of corn grown requires at least 50 gallons of oil and a lot of acres are planted every year.
The average processed food item travels 1,500 miles before it is consumed.
More than 1/2 of all the synthetic nitrogen made is applied to corn. Synthetic nitrogen is derived from natural gas. Hybrid corn is “designed” to convert nitrogen to food at greater speed.
The cow does not naturally eat corn. They eat grass. Feed corn has to be smashed, treated, and combined with other things before a cow will eat it and even then if the cow isn't fed antibiotics it will get sick and die.

Mike, it makes a great pie similar to pumpkin or sweet potatoe, or after baking it, scoop out the pulp, mash it up and use it like a sweet potatoe cassarole.
