Thanks! It is a lot of work, but the payoff is grand. Been teaching the grandkids a little about it. They're 3, and not bad help.

i remember when i was a young boy i went to it think it was okmulgee , oklahoma and darn water snakes were every where
and of course in southern Ca. we had rattle snakes, i sure dont miss'em

Minnesota "Land of 10,000 Lakes" Zone 3/4 1- Hoe 1 - 18" Poulan pro reartine tiller 1- Small 12" tiller (for weeds) and 1 hoe total garden rasberry's and pumpkin patch is about 50x80 or so.

We had 2 dead 26" copperheads tangled in the bird netting that protects the rabbit barn yesterday. biggest I ever saw.

Can't say I blame you there. I don't mind snakes as long as I see em in advance and don't just walk up on em.

WOW! Now that's creepy. I ain't about no copperheads. We have those, cottonmouths, and timber rattle snakes here in KY. I haven't seen em in the yard so far. If I do, it'll be ugly.
