Thought I would share this:
Mix 1 part Epsom Salt, 1 part wood ashes, 1 part lime
Sprinkle around trees late winter or very early spring.
We've been doing this for a few years and we've got healthy apple trees!

Really foothills, would have never thought of that. I've been using epsom on my patio plants for years, they seem to love it. Will have to try that mix on other things.

Can this mixture be used on all types of fruit trees, or is it only specific to some? I have fig, satsuma, kumquat tree's and bluberry bushes.
